  Do not reccomend. Dirty smell/atmosphere throughout the whole building. Bedclothes were stained with blood and who knows what. Was told by managment they use spray nine and bleach to try to renive staind instead of replacing them. Pillow cases weren't even changed they still had hair all over them. Wouldn't even sleep under the bed clothes. Couldn't get any sleep because of the partying going on .

  Pelley Inn, under new management as Springdale Inn and Suites, has made a great first step toward revitalization with the opening of their beautiful new bar. Very glad to have a nice place to spend time in town. The bar offers draft beer, and occasional live entertainment. The hotel itself is also undergoing similar renovations, and once the project is complete I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Springdale book a room here.

  2 double beds, tv microwave and fridge. Can easily hear noise from hallway and bar. Friendly front desk staff and housekeeping has improved

  The place felt ratty and untrustworthy, there are multiple stains throughout the complex and there are damages not tended too. Staffing is friendly but the place is overpriced for such conditions.
